RevTrak Troubleshooting Tips
If you encounter issues while completing the iPad Loan Agreement, use the solutions below to resolve common errors. Use the Translate button at the top to change page language.
Resolving the "Invalid Student ID" Error
This is the most common error. It usually occurs for one of three reasons:
- Data Mismatch: The ID or Last Name doesn't match Infinite Campus.
- Solution: Use legal names only. Capitalize only the first letter (e.g., Jane Doe).
- Wrong Person Selected: You selected your own name (self) instead of your child’s (other).
- Solution: Ensure the blue dot is next to the student's name on the registration screen.
- Educational Benefits Conflict: You selected "Yes" for benefits but are not currently enrolled in the program.
- Solution: Select "No [Add $40.00]" to proceed if not approved for benefits.
Technical & Browser Issues
If the system loops or shows errors after corrections, your browser may be "remembering" old data.
- Don't Use "Back": Never use browser arrows. Use Home or Menu buttons within the RevTrak site.
- Clear Your Cache: Clear history/cache to remove old error data.
- Switch Devices: If a phone or tablet is looping, try a desktop computer or a different browser (e.g., switch to Chrome).
Form Completion Tips
- Required Fields: Ensure every question with a red asterisk ( * ) is answered.
- School Selection: Agreements are building-specific. Double-check that you selected the plan for the correct school building.
