Updating Student Names Guide
Use the Parent Portal within RevTrak to update your learner's personal information or add new family members to your account. Use the Translate button at the top to change page language.
Step 1: Access the Parent Portal
- Open My Account: Select "My Account" from the top navigation bar.
- Select Portal: Select "Parent Portal" from the drop-down menu.
- Mobile Users: Tap the "More Items" button (three lines) to find the Parent Portal link.

Step 2: Update Individual Information
- View Family Info: Select "Family Info" to see the list of individuals linked to your account.
- Edit Details: Select the learner's name you wish to update. You can edit their first/last name, DOB, and contact details.
- Save Changes: Review for accuracy and select Save. Changes are live immediately.

Step 3: Add a New Family Member
- Add Person: If a learner is missing from your list, select the "Add Family Member" button.
- Enter Details: Fill in the fields exactly as they appear in Infinite Campus using proper capitalization.
- Sync: The person will now appear as an option on the "Who are you Registering" page for your next signup.

Quick Tips
- Legal Names Only: Do not use nicknames. If RevTrak doesn't match Infinite Campus exactly, it will cause an "Invalid ID" error during registration.
- Instant Updates: You do not need to wait for approval; updates made in the Parent Portal take effect immediately.
- Need Help? If you cannot edit a specific field, please contact Customer Support.
Note: Names must match your learner's legal name in Infinite Campus.
